Choose '' Buy as a gift'' if you wish to send an ordered item for someone as a present, or if you wish to get an ordered item before a birthday, Christmas or any other important moments for you. Below ''Buy as a gift'' please write the date of the event.
3. Will I get any information when my order is dispatched?
Yes, after dispatching your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail.
4. Why prices of our products are higher on Allegro auctions than regular prices?
Prices on Allegro auctions are higher due to extra fee absorbed by website.
5. Do You provide combine shipping?
Yes, we do. Shipping costs stay the same regardless of quantity of products.
6. Can I cancel my order?

7. Is it possible to personally come and collect my order?
Yes, it is possible, as we do not have a retail shop, a time and a place have to be arranged after payment.
8. Is it possible to order products for delivery abroad?
Yes, delivery costs are higher and it all depends on a size of products and the chosen country.
9. Is it possible to exchange ordered products?
Yes it is. Providing that a product of exchange is not used and it has all tags. Products that were created specifically for the customer by using a configurator cannot be taken back or exchanged. In order to exchange products please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. Do products include a warranty?
All our products include a warranty. Complaints will be considered without any additional proof of purchase. All tags are a proof of purchase in themselves. Cut tags mean that a warranty is no longer valid.
11. Why did I not get a receipt for my order?
We do not give receipts, because according to paragraph 2, Act 1 Minister of Finance Regulations of 4 November 2014 we are exempt providing receipts.
